2) Strength Assessment

Upper, lower, and full-body tests to set your initial weights on Tonal and map a safe, progressive plan.

3) Your Plan

We dial in loads and progressions for consistent, injury-smart strength gains in a group setting.

Onboarding occurs prior to joining classes. Re-assessments are performed regularly for members.
