I was frustrated because I felt like somehow pregnancy and delivery had damaged my body, and that just didn't make sense to me. I didn’t understand why I was having severe back pain. I thought I should have been fine.

After my first birth, I realized that there really is no standard of care for postpartum women. And women deserve better.

Sure I could just pass my kid off to Michael Jordan and let her do all the work but you want to earn your starting spot and prove to everybody that you deserve to be on the same court as her (even though we all know, you don’t).

We know one thing for certain, though, and that is how you move, whether that’s poor movement or a lack of movement, often causes your symptoms or fitness limitations.
